If you paid to upgrade your account and you aren't seeing the paid features, try checking a few things:
- Do you have an account on one of our sister-sites? Each of our sites have separate billing subscriptions. Check to make sure you upgraded the right account.
- Contact your financial institution to make sure your payment was processed successfully.
- If you mailed in a payment, remember that it can take up to 10 business days for the payment to process and be credited to your account.
