Turning off automatic renewal or canceling my account
To prevent interruption in communication with other members, all memberships paid by credit card automatically renew until canceled. This also protects you from future price increases and service fees on new purchases.
When you cancel, your account will remain active with full member benefits until your current subscription expires. Follow these steps to cancel your account at any time:
Desktop:
- Click your Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Click Manage subscription
- Enter in your password
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Answer a few short questions and then click Continue Cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation number and a date for the last day of your subscription
Mobile browser/App:
- Tap on profile in the bottom right of your screen
- Tap on the gear icon located at the top right of the screen
- Scroll down and locate Manage account
- Tap on Manage Subscription
- Enter in your password
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Answer a few short questions and then tap Continue Cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation number and a date for the last day of your subscription
If you subscribed through the Apple store, please visit your Subscriptions in your phone settings.
Upon downgrading your account, your credit card will no longer be charged for future membership.
