I want to put my account on hold or suspend my subscription

While we don't have an option for you to suspend your membership, you can always hide your profile if you want to take a break.

Desktop:

1. Click on the gear icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Click on Visibility
3. Click on No one can see you
4. Read our reminder on what it means to hide your profile and click Got it!

Mobile browser/App:

1. Tap on profile in the bottom right of your screen
2. Tap on the gear icon located at the top right of your screen
3. Tap on Visibility 
4. Tap on Hidden (No one can see you)

When you're ready to start using the site again, you will be prompted to unhide your profile when you sign in.
