How do I cancel my subscription and remove my profile from the site?

To unsubscribe and remove your profile, follow the steps below:

Desktop:

1. Click on the gear icon located at the top right section of your screen.
2. Locate and click on Manage Subscription
3. Enter in your password
4. Click Cancel Subscription
5. Answer the short questions and then click Continue Cancellation
6. You will receive a confirmation number and a date for the last day of your subscription. From here, you can choose to Hide profile/deactivate account.

Mobile browser/App:

1. Tap on profile in the bottom right of your screen
2. Tap on the gear icon located in the top right hand corner
3. Scroll down and locate Manage account
4. Tap on Manage subscription
5. Enter in your password
6. Tap Cancel Subscription
7. Answer the short questions and then tap Continue Cancellation
8. You will receive a confirmation number and a date for the last day of your subscription. From here, you can choose to Hide profile/deactivate account.

Please note, all emails, photos, records relating to your profile, remaining time and account will be immediately removed from the site.
