What is the status of my account?
To view the status of your account, you must follow the steps below:
Desktop:
To view the status of your account, you must follow the steps below:
- Click on the gear icon located at the top right section of your screen
- Click Manage account and then locate Manage Subscription
- Enter in your password
- On the next page locate and click on Subscription Status
Mobile browser/App:
- Tap on profile on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
- Tap on the gear icon located at the top right of your screen
- Scroll and locate Manage Account, then on the next page tap on Manage Subscription
- You will be redirected to another browser window where you will be asked to review our cookie policy, read through it and tap Accept
- Enter in your password
- On the next page locate and click on Subscription Status
