SMS Verification

We care about the safety and privacy of your OurTime account, that's why we implemented SMS Verification. Verifying your account with a phone number allows us to make sure you are really you. 

We never share your number with anyone and will only use this number to secure your account.

 

When you sign up for your OurTime account you will see a pop up prompting you to verify your account.

To do this, simply click or tap on Continue, enter your phone number and click/tap on Continue again. 

You will then receive an SMS confirmation number, once you receive your 4-digit code simply enter it below and click/tap Continue to finish verifying your account!

 

By verifying your account you will see a special badge (looks like a little mobile phone icon) on your profile so other members know you're legit!

Please keep in mind:

  • For all subscriptions, SMS Verification is required. 
  • Landline numbers can't be used for SMS Verification
  • VOIP (Voice Over IP) carrier numbers can't be used for SMS Verification
