What Happens if I Have Been Age Restricted on OurTime?

OurTime is for people 18 and over. If your account has been banned from OurTime because you didn’t meet our age requirement, you are ineligible for an OurTime account until you turn 18. Once you turn 18, please reach out to our support team if you would like to sign up.

Made a mistake?

If you accidentally entered the wrong birthdate during onboarding and are 18 or over, you can appeal your account ban by filling out the form linked here and selecting the option "age verification" under reason for appeal.

Please note that we will ask for a copy of your government-issued ID to complete the age verification process.
