How to delete emails

Too many messages in your Inbox? Follow these steps to easily remove the ones you no longer need.

Desktop:

1. Click your Messages tab.
2. Click the message thread you would like to remove
3. Click the three dots on the top right corner of the message thread and click Delete

Mobile Browser/App:

1. Tap your Messages tab.
2. Locate the message you would like to delete, and swipe left.
3. Tap Delete

If you need help locating a specific message, use the Sort By drop down menu to filter your messages.

There is a trash can that contains deleted messages. From the trash, you can delete messages forever, or undelete messages.
