OurTime is developed to work with the most recent version of all major browsers such as:
- Edge (Windows)
- Chrome (Windows and Macintosh)
- Firefox (Windows and Macintosh)
- Safari (Macintosh and Windows)
To ensure you are using the most recent version of a browser, please visit the manufacturer's website and install the most recent version available for your operating system. Also check on the following:
- The Live Chat feature is only officially supported on the latest browser versions. To get Edge, please visit www.microsoft.com/edge and download the latest browser.
- Please be sure any pop-up blockers have been disabled.
- JavaScript and cookies must be enabled (They're both enabled by default in most cases.)
