What is the status of my account?

To view the status of your account, you must follow the steps below:

Desktop:

To view the status of your account, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the gear icon located at the top right section of your screen
  2. Click Manage account and then locate Manage Subscription 
  3. Enter in your password
  4. On the next page locate and click on Subscription Status

Mobile browser/App:

  1. Tap on profile on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
  2. Tap on the gear icon located at the top right of your screen 
  3. Scroll and locate Manage Account, then on the next page tap on Manage Subscription
  4. You will be redirected to another browser window where you will be asked to review our cookie policy, read through it and tap Accept
  5. Enter in your password
  6. On the next page locate and click on Subscription Status
