How do I change my password?

Follow these steps to update your password:

Desktop:

1. Click the gear icon located in the upper-right corner.
2. Click Manage account and locate Edit password
3. Next to Password, click the pencil icon to Edit.
4. Type your current password and then new password twice, and then click Make updates.

Mobile browser

1. Tap on profile in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap on the gear icon located in the top right hand corner.
3. Tap Manage account and locate Edit password
4. Next to Password, click the pencil icon to Edit.
5. Type your current password and then new password twice, and then click Make updates.

Valid password requirements:

• Must be 4 to 16 characters in length
• Cannot contain special characters
• Cannot contain spaces
• Symbols such as !, @, #, $, etc. are allowed
• Cannot include your username
• Cannot be a previously used password
• Cannot be a commonly used word or sequence of numbers, (password or 123456)
